Nothing will stop the government from going after Huttoe and the money. I didn't think he was going to serve jail time before, I didn't know what I know now, but I really think he will get a minumum 10 year sentance. They will take all the funds available and anything else of value, his home etc.. I think SGA will be banned from the financial community if the records show they sold a majority of the shares they received, especially if they received the 1.6 million? to Diversified Financial Group? SGA will lose all the profits and face an addition hefty fine. It does bother me that SOE was named in the suit, but how could they have not been included. A majority of individuals MUST have know what was happening? I'm sure they read the press releases? I think SOE was named because they need to freeze assets until they can sort through all the B.S. and remove the guilty. Of course this in just my opinion.... Aloha
