I assume you mean after testing and packaging.

For Slot 1, my guess is under $40.

However, the 0.18 micron CopperMine may be targeted for MOBILE applications.

Intel may choose to use the KATMAI, and its follow on devices, for DESKTOP and Workstation/Server applications.
