This note is not directed to you Charger, but to all posters. I have posted the same thing on Yahoo post #4706

For your information,

Brush Creek encourages the free flow of information about the Company and its' prospects that can be derived from resources such as this BCMD thread. However, over a period of time several anonymous posters have written false, misleading, libelous comments about the Company and it's CEO. Specifically it is libelous to state that Jim Chapin has sold large quantities of Brush Creek stock, when in fact he has sold none since becoming CEO. The false damaging remarks about the Company are too numerous to detail.

Brush Creek believes that brokers may be posting on this thread in potential violation of securities laws. The Company further believes that individuals with personal vendettas against the Company, and people who may be short the stock are also posting false information.

The Company can no longer sit idly by while these individuals cause harm to Brush Creek and it's shareholders. Accordingly, Brush Creek's Corporate Counsel has written to Silicon Investor requesting the identities of a number of authors. In the event the identities are not supplied, the Company has demanded that they be preserved pending potential action.

This is not an attempt by the Company to prevent the publication of negative viewpoints. It is simply the case that it is damaging and unfair to the Company and it's shareholders to have false and misleading information posted by people who cloak themselves in anonymity.
