frank-- at this point, who cares. honestly i hate TWX much more than SBC, but as long as they can give me fast net access i dont care anymore. it would really be funny if through regulation and bullsh_t, the FCC was to drive the RBOCs out of business. that is to say, if these delays would be enough, and if management at these companies is stupid enough not to realize they have to provide this or go out of business. its time to sink or swim. if the RBOCs will fight, the cablecos are dead meat. if they dont, the cablecos have a pretty good chance. good luck to all, trey
