12:30 ET K-tel (KTEL) 75 9/16 +7 13/16: This has to be the mother of all short
squeezes. Can't believe that the shorts keep coming back for more. Traders have
figured out that with the stock's small float they can apply a great deal of pressure to
the shorts with only a small rally in the price of the stock. As a result, whenever
KTEL begins to perk up, traders pile into the stock. The fear simply isn't there
anymore that KTEL could lose 35%-40% in one day. The way the stock is being
viewed by traders is: "My downside risk may be 10% or so, but my upside is
potentially 30% or more. Stock is now up 30% from in its intraday low.
