"It is the Perception". Last night I gave a comparison of GIFT to ENMD. Here's a "snipet" of the same point:

As Jay Abella told CNN Financial and the San Jose Mercury News
yesterday, - THE MEDIUM IS THE MESSAGE. The EntreMed news is NOT NEWS. In fact, the non-clinical data on their cancer approach was released last month and presented at a major cancer meeting. The New York Times, though, put the story on the front page over the weekend and somehow the EntreMed science and results are given overnight validity and credibility? THE MEDIUM REALLY IS THE MESSAGE.

So, when GIFT finally gets media attn that says "E-Data has THE Internet Patent ....

Such coverage will start when we get court news that this case is moving.

With GIFT rather than putting an existing study on Page 1, there will likely be a buildup with a crescendo of a favorable decision ( or a tanking in the likely (IMO) event of the patent being deemed to not be valuable.

With a court victory, the market would then "cruch the #'s" to figure ot what GIFT is worth. At that point GIFT's value would make all presently GIFTed and holding "wealthy and wise". Mel
