Hey guys,

Been out all day. Just replied to your email Pam. Frank, according to the company there are now 60 million shares out. The 39 million figure was upped to "take care of expenses." This should show up in the next Q report if it ever gets out.

I agree that we need to keep a private Email group going until after we are well established. And even then with sentitive information. I emailed Pam with some thoughts that I have and am posting here for other's thoughts as well.

1. Are there any sites online that discuss SACs and the formation of them? I think that, if there are, we may learn a lot from that without reinventing the whole process.

2. Mike said he would call the DACQ attorney next week. That is a great idea. It does two things. He may get some questions answered and also puts them on notice that we are getting organized.

3. We need to determine exactly what it is that we want to accomplish through the SAC. This will enable us to draft a mission statement and assign tasks that are results oriented. This could be accomplished through surveying the members on SI.

4. If we don't have enough shares to make a difference on SI, then we need to find out how to locate other individual DACQ holders. I don't know how to do this without EC's assistance, but maybe we can somehow.

5. After we have organized and find a definitive mission, we need to contact the company officially and let them know that we are interested in participating in the advancement of the company.

These are some preliminary thoughts that I have. If you can think of others that I have ommitted, please feel free to add.
