Back at the end of May, SEXI traded at $2.00 on the high side. Then they came out and said they signed a big contract with World Communication Group Inc. Now, the price shot up from $2.00 to the $3.50 - $4.50 and enabled SEXI to get a good start on the minimum trading level for NASDAQ trading. At the same time, SEXI may have unloaded alot of the approx. 15-20 million shares to setup the acquisition of Lazer Tek and rights for DNAnalyzer on the 12th and 19th of June. Once necessary cash from stock sales were completed, SEXI turned around and covered their butt by "clarifying" the release regarding WCG. So, they MIGHT have jacked the price up to qualify for NASDAQ and purchase the other interests and then retract the news to avoid complications. Charles O. Huttoe, quote "has spent more than 15 years in the financial services industry. He is also the owner of a diversified financial services company in Coral Gables, Florida". I believe a plan such as this would have be INGENIUS! If management is that smart, I'll be very happy to have them aboard! I want a creative management team working for my dollars! Crazy, "I" don't think so. -------------------------------------------------- Well, I got the creative team that sold the shares, the only problem is they didn't do it for the companies benefit, they did it for their own! I later went on to post that SEXI is either the greatest scam job or one of those investments that you wish you put more money in?? It turns out I put more money into the greatest scam job, double dipped! What a story! Aloha
