Answers to some of your questions:

According to the annual report (to the end of June, 96). working capital is $4,825,000 dollars.

There was an analyst from Loewen, ondjaate(?), and Associates named Christopher Bradbrock. He put out a recommendation of PAW in January, 1996. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a copy and he NEVER responded to my numberous calls! I suppose he doesn't follow it anymore.

I cannot see any problems with PAW in Indonesia. They have good contacts through Gwalia and Viceroy. They have Indonesian JV partners (@ Sulut): PT Bima Duta Samudra, PT Triavora Manca Teknic and MOST IMPORTANTLY PT Aneka Tambang. At Jambi, they have JV agreement with Pt Kerawira Sera Lestan.

The annual meeting is OPEN TO ANYONE and it begins at 10:00 am on November 14th. Location is:

Pacific Wildcat Boardroom
Suite 2200, 1066 West Hastings
Vancouver, BC

Good luck, e-mail me if you wish,

david
