Todd: Too late for me but the company finally got their head out of the sand and answered my email. Here it is: 1. The 1995 and 1996 audit is complete (in draft form) and shall be available within the next few weeks. The 1997 audit is schedule to be complete in the next few weeks as well. 2. 1997 Approximate: Sales: $13 million, Net: $880,000 3. Protein Research does not manufacture protein specifically, they represent a lot of different companies like ourselves. We don't know if they have a specific designer whey in process, however we are currently working on a sports nutrition line ourselves. The way I see it, is that their EPS will be about .06 cents. This will give them a P/E of 75 @ 4.50 a share. It really depends on their projected growth rate to determine an optimum share price. Good luck. Andr‚
