Fwiw, Goldman is getting warmed up again.

Last week's generally positive two-pager on the ARTT deal is prelude to an increased focus. They liked ARTT, but (as many) think it is just the first pass at them. GS is looking for continued signs of WLL demand prior to raising their rating/price target (Outperform/mid-upper 40s).
