I agree. Even with the tremendous amount of dilution, Quantech may still have some upside for investors. It goes to show how terrible that Ind. Investor magazine is. First they do a completely uncritical story on Quantech, extolling all of its virtues, then a year later say that the company is garbage and the shares not even worth a dime. An example of truly great journalism !
