Lionel, your statement
"Brush Creek encourages the free flow of information about the Company".....
In the spirit of this statement, please have the courtesy to advise the shareholders of this company formally of the answers to the following questions:
(1) Why were we, the shareholders of this company, not notified of the pending 1:10 reverse split, if, in fact, we are going to be the "victims" of one on May 12th, so that we could make an "informed" decision about our investment, or (how's this for a novelty) have an opportunity to actually vote on it?
(2) For the record, please confirm the number of post-split shares that the "offshore" shareholders have an option to buy at .65? Will they be eligible to buy a total of 5 million post-split common at .65? Or..500,000 post-split common at $.65? Or, would that be, 500,000 post split common at post-split (multiple) equivalent of $.65?
Simple straightforward questions, Lionel. How 'bout some answers?
