I think I've found the reasons for the recent
price weakness:

From the NTAIF site:

>>and a gain of $0.97 million on the sale of 70,000 shares in
Deswell Industries Inc. The remaining shares of Deswell Industries Inc. have been
subsequently sold.

So NTAIF disposed of 100K shares during the Mar-Apr time frame.
For a stock only really trading about 10K/day, that's alot to
absorb.
