Twister, I have to disagree with you on price cutting. Low prices is a key Microsoft strategy, and it has served them well for years. HP is also a master at "eating its young" i.e. lowering prices and bringing out new models at a fast tempo, in order to dominate the market. Used wisely, a low price strategy can be a very useful tool.
