Mel, Thankyou for the response. As the Internet commerce estimation and actual projected money figures start to increase, such as my last pasted article, the stakes are so MUCH higher. I can't stress this enough. It's startling to imagine the implications of E-Data and the Billion dollar Internet business, that it's to the point that E-Data seems so much smaller. What I mean is that it's so big that I wonder if the judge will consider E-Data a road block to international commerce business progress. Don't get me wrong, I do have a position in GIFT. But on both sides of this issue,that if E-data does win, your talking incredable amounts of revenue OR this Internet business outgrew E-Data. Sounds like one Judges interpretation isn't enough. (Scary). I guess I'd rather have a jury decide this case. Way, Way to much at stake here. More than what people are imagining right now. Paul D.
