I would not worry about it. The company had to score this stock on the open market to fill the option. The stock will probably not be sold but if it is TMC will probably absorb it on any downdraft, my guess.

You are missing out on jazz, man. I've been into it since I was in my late teens....much more complex than Rock and Roll. I mean it's, JAZZ, man.
