Hmmm. UFAB buying Allen Tank. Well, I guess if they can build offshore platforms, they ought to be able to build tanks. I really don't see the synergies, though. Not much room to operate the tanks on offshore rigs. But I guess it's a good play if problems with Iraq persist.
