IMHO, proof that the Company did buy back Mr. Koo's 560,000 shares at a premium price of $16.88 on 4/1/98:

<<As of March 31, 1998 the Company repurchased 251,118 common shares at an average price of $15.82 per share in the Nasdaq National Market. As of May 4, 1998 a total of 864,850 common shares were repurchased at an average price of $16.56.>>

I find it disconcerting that the Company will not directly admit to purchasing shares from their CEO. Did they think nobody would put two and two together? The rest of the press release seems to be making a better attempt at disclosure. Hopefully someone will raise this question on the conference call.
