I am talking about overlap... All the ESD companies have some unique feature, and WAVX's is the chip. I agree this is unique. But it is also the slow way to go because it takes years to build the infrastructure. In all other respects, WAVX is the same: Try and buy, virtual shelf space, back office operations, encryption, transaction processing end-to-end oepraitons, etc. You did some one interesting thing, namely that DVD and CD represents broad bandwidth to WAVX. I am not sure what you mean here. How does the DVD or CD get into the hands of the end user? Am I missing something or am I misunderstanding you? I have a lot to learn about information technology, so explain it to me in simple terms! <g> DocStone
