Every AOL commercial on TV (there seems to be more now BTW) has these catchy phrases: "It's so easy to use," "I just click here and go," "Everything is right there on the screen," and etc.

Anyone who is serious about taking market share away from AOL, must have a name that speaks louder than "America On-Line" to the novices. It's not difficult, but most ISP's fail to recognize this simple concept. I think a good name would be...

"Internet for Dummies"

P.S. The point is, if Internet access is a commodity, then mass marketing and a good name will be the key to success.
