Twister, I'm about as unbiased as anyone, and I have a hard time with your posts too... and I make most of my living (non-investment related income) off of MSFT related projects. I wish you and the rest would cut the silly rhetoric down a notch or two. Otherwise this as a resource for thoughtful discussion isn't of much value. I log on and see 33 new messages and know intuitively that 30 of them will be useless... not suggesting censorship but really! As for pricing strategies, HWP invented the eat your young strategy in the laser printer market. Its too bad that they had different general managers of printers and PC's, because I bet a nickel that the PC computing marketplace would have been different at this point in history if they had the same smart people over in lasers running the show in PC's. My opinion. Re SUNW, I do believe they are being forced into making these kind of cuts, as I indicated in a post.
