GaBard, I've been thinking more about your strategy and it makes a lot of sense. If I understand you correctly, you only buy companies with strong fundamentals.....and wait. If the price should suddenly go up on NO news you'll take advantage and sell, because you know that the higher price can't last.

I guess what you're saying is, "If it happens....fine, I'll take advantage of it. If it doesn't happen....fine, I didn't buy this stock as a momentum play, anyway."

I think it was Commodore Vanderbilt (who had little or no formal schooling) who said, "I seen my chances....an' I took 'em". If that's your philosophy, I can understand how you've been so successful with penny stocks.

I've only been investing in pennies for less than 2 months, and one thing I've quickly learned is that they behave QUITE differently than NASDAQ or NYSE stocks, and their behavior can be very confusing.

But, as Milo Minderbinder said in "Catch 22", "In confusion there is profit."

The lightbulb just went on! Thanks for the lesson, GaBard.
