The company should now be able to make the stock move if they are
interested in doing so. All it takes is a steady stream of well
worded and well timed significant news releases. The road is now clear
for positive news to elevate the stock without unwarranted
interference.

The downward pressure of 1,400,00 shares sold for no other reason
then to take money off the table over a 10 week period has ended.
- Another lackluster 10Q is out and will soon be behind us.

Hopefully, the company feels that very significant increases in stock
price could have a very positive impact on the company's success. Get
the street really excited in Ftel/Fnet and huge benefits could be seen
from the increased exposure, name recognition and industry presence.
To see this benefit though, the price will have to hold its gains and
not retreat like in the past. How much of an influence would a share
price of $12 have on a NASDAQ listing....if this gets us into NASDAQ,
how will this impact the chances of obtaining a large capital investor
at a satisfactory price/share...and if all that should happen...then
what impact would these events have on getting a solid underwriter for
the Fnet IPO with excellent terms...given these sequence of actions,
how quickly could a worldwide IT network be set up to generate call
revenue and DVG sales? This company is a perfect Cinderella story in
the making if its potential is correctly marketed and its
accomplishments satisfactorily revealed.

Should we start with another "best of show award" news release?
Mike
