Marlin,

When I asked BC about the insider selling, he stated that ALL transactions were filed via 144 registration. Now on the issue of filing the appropriate Form 4's.. etc, those were the responsibilities of GRNO legal counsel as they were SEC filings. I understand this may be one of the points the SEC has been scrutinizing with regard to Mr. Andersen's apparent lack of fiduciary obligations as an attorney.
