I am loosing over $20.000 in nwrd, at this point i have these Q for these Guys:

1) When they expect to close the mergers, what is the problem?
2)When the Myrtle Beach Motorcycle opens? Hopefully by next week, motorcycle event week starts after
the 15th, I think.
3) Is it the Fresno location to open on or before June 1st.
4)How many Reg S notes they sold $1M or $2M, $ amount converted to stock at what price.
I believe in the team , but i believe we have the right to know.
