Great addition Scottoo. As an ASIAN from SE ASIA, I can tell you
that we as a people are obsessed with technology and communication technology is HOT and will always be needed.
In Vietnam, two of the major cities were recently connected with the internet!
So, lets see how many ISP's are in the countries we are or will soon do business with:
(these are approximate numbers)

Philippines - 66
Vietnam - 2
Indonesia - 54
China - 45
Australia - 611
Russia - 24
Spain - 199

THERE ARE A LOT OF ISP's, THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE USING THE INTERNET, and thus the POTENTIAL for IP TELEPHONY is HUGE.
