Bob,
I don't have anything specific to report. I searched just about every site I can at this point. News is almost irrelevant anyway unless it relates to sales, revenues, or (should I dream?) profits. Re the vote, after much soul searching I voted yes on everything. If anyone is interested here is why.
The reverse split: It is necessary in order to keep the stock listed and to perhaps make it a viable candidate for large buyers. Normally, I hate reverse splits. If it were not for the possibility/probability of delisting, I would have vituperatively opposed it.
The Options: The Company is broke. It seems to have some talented programmers. The options are necessary to keep them, and attract others.
The options could be very useful in attracting financing. They could also be useful to keep Clearwater from dumping. They are only valuable if te stock goes up. If it goes up, we will all benefit, so I don't really care if someone in the company makes an outstanding profit on the options. Right now we have next to nothing.
Overall, this is the only management we have. If we undermine them, with a negative vote, we will weaken their ability to conduct business.
Regards to all, and let's go out and make money.
Sheldon
