BUY based on: slo and fast daily stochastics are both showing overbought (and in past this has only lasted a short day or two before price moves back up), monthly slo & fast sto's are also overbought, volume has dried up so most of sellers seem to have stopped doing so, my gut (not too scientific) tells me so. ZRAN is also due some news which also will break us out of this funk.
