Hi Greg, Glad you made it over to this board. My broker read me the article in the Dick Davis Digest today. It was a quote from another newsletter writer who projected BJCT to be at from 3 to 5 by year end. Good volume again today, but we seem to be working on a bunch of supply around 2. Luckily, there's also a lot of demand here. I wonder where the selling is coming from and I wonder how long we'll stay balanced. Marc Kahn
