mike, i tried to find the news release and couldn't find it. the releases i found didn't mention 39 mm shares. anyway, it is probably as you say - VERY DIFFICULT, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE, TO RESCIND ALL 39 MM SHARES. i think that i may stop looking at soe for 2 years and see what the price is, if it even exists, at that juncture... good luck...
