MICAP, as I stated in my previous post I have not completed all of the DD that I would want to do before making my own judgement on the PP versus JV issue. However, the company's ability to bring these projects to production, and manage them themselves, is really what I would consider the deciding factor. If they do not require the expertise of a major to help effectively bring the projects to production (and I stress the word "effectively"), then a JV partner may not be the best route. Their capability to do so effectively would obviously include their ability to execute equitable financing. If they require the "legitimacy" or the expertise, that a JV with a major would offer, then that would likely be the better route to take.

I guess we wait and see for a bit.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
