While I totally support option repricing for employees (i.e. engineers etc.). I find it somewhat galling that Paul Franklin (senior VP of Operations) and especially Neal D. Margulis (Senior VP of Research and Tech!) had their options repriced. Not only were they repriced but they were repriced down to $5.125, very near the 52 week low. This is as little as 30% of the original exercise price for some of these options.

Shame on you S3. There is no end to greed in American industry. Options have gone from a means of rewarding performance to an entitlement. The only redeeming feature is that GJ did not have his option repriced (nor anyone else on the board).
