Jeff, Has anyone spoken to Tom lately to find out the latest and greatest? I haven't for two weeks now (working my buns off), but Rob Rizzoni is making arrangements. 'Course you've already read that by now...<g> Can we expect news this week? IMHO I doubt this week. Remember Tom's note: "Have Scheduled merger closing for late next week {this week} with ACS, assuming all closing documents are in place. The meeting isn't scheduled til "late this week" and "assuming" all the pertinent docs are in place as well. However, some buying pressure musta came in, OR, the MM's know/suspect news soon as evidenced by the price rise and spread shrinking...:) If not this week, then by the first of next week. Again JMHO.
