Depending on FDA approval also Pain Webber upgrade. Dont think they will stick their neck out till that ones in the bag. CFS downgraded PFE so they might upgrade VVUS, who knows.. CSCO is the strongest stock around in tech's at this time, DELL is acting strong again too well too late to get into dell?.
