Cowen & Co. analyst Drew Peck said investors should be wary
about whether Teo is serious about taking over Cirrus.

''It's difficult in a situation like this to discern if
there is genuine interest in taking control, or if it's just a
tactic use to generate enthusiasm'' in the company, Peck said.
''I would take something like this with a grain of salt.''
