This is getting to be more of a sham every day. The rights offering has led Koo to get back his share of the company plus then have the company pay him. I am beginning to feel the book value figures will be found to be erroneous. I hope for a brief run on this stock so I can liquidate at a small loss and smile in 6 months. The talk of acquisitions has been too long in the making. I suppose Koo needs to acquire a new home. He's sold off Deswell (which is starting to pick up), sold valuable land in China, sales are depressed, and... and... Other companies would have had a class action suit filed by now (not that the CS would do much good--Canadian company). Anyone else feel a sham is taking place? david
