Ken,

Please educate me. If the purchase price is .75 in the take over why would the price ever go over .75. Why would an investor pay more than CSC would for the company? and if you are saying CSC would raise the share price to somehow protect the deal, how would they go about doing this sort of price manipulation?

Not doubting just confused and ignorant.
