How does FRO make any money from this. It sounds like they may sell a little software but unless some cable company in an area that they serve uses their lines it sounds like Gen. Inst. will make the bucks. In the press release it says "Frontier's GlobalCenter services unit will announce Internet Cable Express (ICE), a hybrid coaxial cable-copper wire phone line system that combines General Instrument Corp. (GIC - news) cable hardware with software created by GlobalCenter." Am I missing something? I think that FRO has a great asset with their slice of the Qwest network and that is where the money is to be made IMHO. Ernie
