First the SEC finds out what wrongs were committed then...

the Justice Department steps in if necessary. I truly believe the Justice Department wants a piece of Huttoe's rear-end. This was massive fraud and warrants criminal prosecution, much like Michael Milken?

Second, if Huttoe sold 4,10,20,30 million shares in his own accounts, he would have kept the money, possibly wiring the funds. If the SEC says they are seeking $10 million, I would guess that represents a certain amount of shares sold, leaving the remaining shares in his or a relatives hands. Whatever wasn't sold should be cancelled and the $10 million if correct, should be returned to the company once the rotten apples are removed.

Just my opinion of current events.
