If you aren't up to speed on software publishers tactics I suggest you do some homework before dismissing Katt's crystal clear implications.

So I take it that you believe everything in the Katt column is absolutely true. Do you really believe that Borland would undertake all the disruption of going through a name change just to recall some inventory that they will sell under the Borland name (rather than Inprise) anyways?

If I believed that Del Yocam would be using those tactics I would have long ago dumped all my BORL stock and never looked back.

I would hate to see this thread turn into a butt-kissing retreat for corporate sycophants, how about offering something of substance.

Actually, I might even classify this tidbit in Katt's column in just those words; but the corporate butt is Microsoft's and not Borland's.
