Joe, I disagree with your assesment that NETZ showed "nothing but strength" today. One criteria that I consider for a chart to show strength on the day is that it should close at or near the high of the day. In fact, NETZ closed today near the low of the day, and at the low bid - lower than at the open. I think you are seeing what you want to see.
