Afaq,

As I understood it the three phases, each 6 months, can over-lap to a degree. This could lead to a time scale less than 18 months. I also heard him say there are three clients in phase three. In otherwords in the next 6 months we should see orders from 3 different clients. Brooks fiber is included in the phase three client list.
