Float is about 9 million shares ... out of 20+ million. A surprising (to me) portion of that 9 million is held by regulars here on this SI:TSIS thread.


Financials -- call the company and ask them to FAX you the *audited* financials for last year, and the UNaudited financials for the first quarter of this year.


Then go back and read the thread in January regarding the Annual Meeting and the CEO's comments there.
