Well, first off, I haven't quite become a shareholder yet,
though I've been following the company for a good few months
now and hopefully I'll be able to get in there while the
stock is still as cheap as it has been lately.

As far as WebCompass goes, I should just mention that I
am interested in it primarily because of a little side
research project I am doing which seems to require that I
try different search engines to find what I am looking for
and of course there are tons of dead links. I don't know if
it is necessarily for everyone, but I'd assume that for
anyone else who is using the web seriously for research of
one kind or another that it would be most handy. All of this
I say because I don't want you to run out and buy something just because I'm jazzed about it. After all, your mileage may differ and besides, for all you know, I could be a raving loony.

Now, version 2.0 was taken out of CompUSA a few months ago; it
was there at one time and then was no longer. I had thought
that there was talk of version 3.0 in the spring (i.e. sometime
like now) but no sign of it. And while it is there under Products
it is not there under the product groupings that they have.
That seems a bit odd, especially given that it got good reviews
and seems to do something that virtually no one else does.

I just hope that they relaunch and capitalize on the internet
angle that such a product gives them. I just wish I knew
what was up with them on this...it just seems so obvious that
they'd push it. Of course, it could be as simple as not having
the software finished yet or something else of that ilk. But
still I wonder...
