OK. I think I have found the Minister of Natural Resources in Bolivia Pam, Do you know a Spanish teacher at school that would compose a letter for us. The letter would be to inquire as to the operations of BT&S. And if there have been any permits issued for the construction of a Hydro Electric Plant in Oruro. (Thanks Darci - for that one.) I think if we could establish a contact there, it would be helpful. However, we must be careful as they are very suspecting of Americans. So we must be very diplomatic as to what we ask.
