I have been in San Francisco the last two days for orientation training. I met a CPA from Bank of America at lunch. We were discussing y2k and she was very concerned about the BofA merger with Nations Bank and how that is going to affect their systems and y2k compliance. She said they are already having problems getting their systems ready....
