LOL, HR.... <s> I understand Jerome's frustration. It's like a watched pot, and I feel it myself from time to time, I won't deny it....but then I remember that these things take time, sometimes much more time than originally anticipated or planned for. You think you're going to close a deal...and then you hit a last minute snag with the financers...someone wants more information...someone has to OBTAIN that information...or someone balks at a clause...and out come round upon round of attorneys to argue and reargue and redraft and come to a compromise.... ...time, time, time. There are lots of valid reasons it could be taking this long, IMO. And yes, I too wish that we had some news about the progress...but many of us have made calls, we've been told we should hear soon...and I'm afraid we'll just have to live with that. Heck, it takes over a month usually to close on a HOUSE. <g> Just my opinions, mind you...and we all know what THEY'RE worth! JEM
