Bill when a forecast leaves you dizzy, as yours does, not knowing
up from down, then its likely the market will be flat.

However, Japan may be tanking (as well as Malaysia, etc.) and I doubt Cisco will have lifted spirits much. Tech sector down, (minor) Ktel up, AOL pulls back, FDX -2. Large Biotechs up again. Just my guess. I've found that the things one might figure to be portentious are greatly ignored in the market until the market wants to move.
Right now I think it wants to rest.
