Hello Friends:

As another large shareholder in this company for a long time, I can tell
you that it is definitely possible for these rumors to come true. I've
been hearing them for some time myself. And CSC is only one possible
company that could be looking to do this, although my sources tell me
that CSC is the most likely at the moment and even has an entire consulting
group out of Chicago set up for healthcare information ventures.

We need some strength in the stock price. I was encouraged by the
buying at the close. Personally I look for it to continue tomorrow.
This stock price needs to get to $1, pop above it and stay there. I believe
that if that happens, a buyout may still occur but it won't be with MDIX's
hard earned money.

But, as it is right now, the company could be bought with its own cash and
as has already been pointed out, whoever does it only needs to buy soft
shares and then can do about anything that they want to.

I was fearful when one daytrading group moved into the stock. It isn't
unusual that whenever that group jumps in and then washes their hands of
a stock, the stock becomes somewhat tainted.

And that makes me very angry. I did not go into the investment of
Cymedix with the idea of letting someone get my shares for $0.75 or
$1.00. But reality is what it is. This company's stock has been priced,
at least since June 1997, within 5% of the amount of cash it has in the bank.

It is infuriating to see posts from people who say that the price will go up
when they know how much money ADRX is going to pay. Or, how big the next
contract will be. To me, after my DD earlier this week, this means if the
company collects $5 million from ADRX, it's marketcap will grow by $5 million.
That insults me. What about the company's product. Its patents. What about
the lack of competition. Or the fact that it's an Internet company. There
are Internet companies that won't have products for 2-3 years, or won't make
money for nearly a decade. Some of these companies sell for over $10.
None sell for less than $1 like MDIX does.

I can tell you that the company has tried everything it knows how to do. It
has changed IR strategy. It has tried road shows. It has bought back shares.
It has sold assets. And nothing has worked. Now it appears that time is
growing short. I think this tender rumor is more than real. I also think
that the stock selling for less than $1 is sucking up management time and
emotion. A whole series of events are in place because we have failed.
